Terms of Use
Last updated: November 4, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.ytmp3.org.pl (the "Website"), operated by YTMP3 ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1. The service
YTMP3 is a free, browser-based tool that helps users convert publicly available YouTube videos into audio (MP3) or video (MP4) files. The Website does not host, store, or distribute user files. You do not need to create an account or upload anything to use the service.
Conversions may be performed with the help of third-party services. We do not control those services and cannot guarantee that a conversion will always be available, complete, or error-free. The quality and format of the converted file depend on the source video and the options offered at the time.
YTMP3 is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube, Google, or any other third-party platform. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
2. Permitted use
You may use the Website only for lawful, personal purposes. By using the service, you confirm that you own the rights to the content you convert or have permission from the rights holder. You are responsible for complying with YouTube's terms of service, copyright laws, and any other laws that apply to you.
You must not use the Website to:
- download, copy, or distribute content that you do not own or have permission to use;
- infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, or other third-party rights;
- access private, restricted, or paid content, or bypass technical protection measures;
- send automated, excessive, or abusive requests, or interfere with the operation of the Website;
- use the Website for commercial redistribution, resale, or bulk downloads; or
- use the Website in any way that violates applicable law.
3. Intellectual property
The design, text, graphics, logos, software, and other materials on the Website (the "Website Content") are owned by YTMP3 or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Website for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the Website Content without our prior written consent.
You retain any rights you have in the links or search terms you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that information solely to provide the service.
4. Third-party services and links
The Website may use or link to third-party websites, APIs, advertising networks, and conversion providers. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that service's own terms and policies.
5. Disclaimer
The Website is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any conversion will meet your expectations.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YTMP3 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Website. This includes losses caused by third-party services, changes to or discontinuation of the service, or content you choose to convert. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
